After a 10 year retail management career with Woolworths and Makro, Caroline joined the world of recruitment in high street fashion with Menswear Womenswear before heading up retail recruitment in house as Recruitment Director at Phones4U.
Caroline is passionate about working alongside clients in true partnership, effectively becoming an extension of their business.

Karen joined 80-20 in 2018 bring a wealth of commercial experience from a background in Sales and Admin.

Jamie started 80-20 in 2002 with the intention of focusing on recruiting for the growing e-learning sector but very soon changed direction to focus on retail when the dot com bubble burst.
Having stepped away from day to day recruitment, Jamie now takes care of all systems and processes as well as making sure we have a growing presence on social media.

Being born in middle of the 19th Century prevents Vilfredo from being with us today. However, his 80-20 rule, The Law of The Vital Few was the inspiration for the name of our business today.
