As part of their continued growth they are recruiting for an Account Manager/Executive to join the team.
As an Account Manager will be part of the account handling team working under the head of client services. You’ll be involved in in building and maintaining close client relationships – attending meetings, assisting with writing proposals and meeting follow up.
You’ll also be responsible for developing and creating briefing documents and overseeing the completion of work. You’ll Use your knowledge and skills to proactively contribute to the growth of client accounts by suggesting strategic and innovative ideas alongside the account lead
For this role, we are looking for someone who is proactive with a dynamic attitude, that isn’t shy to speak up, but will equally get the job done. You’ll be excited about developing and maintaining excellent client relationships, whilst being able to effectively communicate clients’ requirements to the appropriate agency teams. You’ll promote, develop and extend the agency’s capabilities to all clients, while ensuring satisfactory progress of work within agreed timeframes.
You must have at least three years’ experience in a similar, agency-side role and be an excellent project manager.
