Role:
Cluster Manager
Managing your own store in North London, as well as driving performance and sales in an additional 5 shops, across North / North West London and Hertfordshire
Reporting into the National Retail Sales Manager you will be a key part of the retail leadership team managing and coaching your team to deliver stretching targets and managing any performance challenges.
About you:
You may be an experienced store manager within retail, who is looking for a new challenge or alternatively, be ready to step into your first Cluster Manager role, having supported your Area Manager in your current / previous role.
You will be an excellent and passionate leader who can manage remotely and have the ability to engage and inspire your team.
You will have the freedom to manage your area and how you want to and utilise your creativity.
You will have experience of driving sales, performance and managing a team preferably in fashion or charity retail.

Benefits:
£25-£29k basic, (DOE), plus travel expenses, 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays
Ideally you will be currently working as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Store Manager, Branch Manager, General Manager, Deputy Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Floor Manager, Sales Manager, Team Leader, Designate Store Manager or Deputy Manager.
