Customer Service Advisor
£15,015 + Monthly Quality Bonus.
Permanent and varied role for a small but growing Audio Visual Engineering company (£750k turnover with ambitious growth plans).
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deal with enquiries and bookings from new customers looking to have TV aerial installation or repair work completed. You will capture the relevant information and then liaise with the engineering team to ensure the timely arrival of an engineer and follow up post appointment with the customer to ensure we meet our customer service standards.
Working as part of a team, you’ll need to be professional, well organised, have a strong personality and a good telephone manner. Full training will be provided.
The contracted hours are 37.5 a week and, subject to shift pattern, you’ll need to be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 5pm Saturday. There are currently no plans to trade on Sundays.
