Finance & Customer Services Manager, Liverpool – up to £20k basic
Our client operates the only Smile Makeover Centre of its kind in the UK, combining cutting edge digital dentistry with a brand new, bespoke, luxury facility in Liverpool.
They have created a unique environment that is the future for modern Dentistry.
Due to their continued success, we are now recruiting a Finance and Customer Service Manager
You will be involved in the day to day admin of the practice but a big part of the role will be to ensure all patients know when their appointments are, so going the extra mile, in terms of Customer Service.
You will also be involved in Finance admin, setting up payment plans, as well as chasing payments from patients and bad debts
