URGENT ROLE – FAST APPLICATION PROCESS
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and deputise in their absence to drive performance with your team whilst coaching and supporting them. You’ll motivate and encourage your team to achieve KPI’s through your passion and enthusiasm. Working 42.5 hours per week, flexibility with your working hours would be required so you are available to support the team during the busiest and key trading times for the Store. You’ll have previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or sales driven environment and have a real passion for GOLF!.
