HR ADVISOR – MATERNITY COVER – STARTING JUNE 2019 FOR 12MONTHS

They are looking to recruit an HR Advisor with ER experience on a 12month contract starting in June (to cover maternity)
The Role:
To provide comprehensive support to the business in a full generalist HR role.
Responsibilities:
- First and main contact point for all HR enquiries.
- Co-ordinate ER matters
- References – respond to all reference requests from third parties.
- Change of Details
- Monitor, review and co-ordinate all absence matters
- Project work
- Conduct quarterly worker review for retail staff
- Co-ordinate Exit Interview process
- Co-ordinate, maintain & update HR pages on Company intranet
About You:
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of working in a generalist role
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Good organisational skills
