Your Responsibilities
- To lead, manage, train and develop the team.
- To build sales and profitability, whilst retaining and attracting new customers to the store.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, alongside your Store Manager.
You’ll have:
- A passion for retail and the customer journey
- Large site store experience
- A history of working with a large number and variety of product
