An exciting and challenging opportunity for an experience Service Delivery Manager who will be fully responsible for the delivery of new and current key strategic services across our clients multi-channel retail estate.
Our client is the UK’s biggest and best retailer of consumer electronics. Established over 40 years, they have over 200 stores, a turnover in excess of £200M and exciting plans for their existing store offering. They offer a diverse range of technology and consumer electronics as well as complimentary services such as finance and insurance/protection packages and will soon introduce further services in the Smart Home sector.
