Store Manager
Brand New Showroom – Dublin
Up to €25,000 basic – OTE €35,000 – 45,000
My client is a dynamic and expanding bathroom showroom business.
Due to the opening of a new showroom in Dublin, they are looking to recruit a store manager to oversee the day to day operations of the store and to ensure all business opportunities are maximised.
Main Tasks:
- To promote the new showroom in the local area and develop its presence in the market place through exceptional customer service.
- To manage staff, ensuring they are properly supported and motivated so to be as effective as possible.
- Maximising sales, processing orders and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Criteria:
- Good understanding of sales and the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Desirable Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years management experience within a showroom environment (within the last 4 years).
- Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
