About the Company

- Operating over 300 stores, across 30 sites with a turnover in excess of £180 million.
Responsibilities
- Your role will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
- To lead, manage, train and develop the team.
- To build sales and profitability, whilst retaining and attracting new customers to the store.
Previous experience
- Large site store experience.
- A history of working with a large number and variety of products, both food and non-food.
- Can you drive sales within a retail environment.
- Have you a passion for retail and customer journey.
Requirements
- Be a strong and confident communicator.
- Be able to work under time pressure.
- Experience of working in a structured, organised manner.
- Have sound commercial acumen.
