Store Support Administrator – £15,000 – £18,000 per annum

Exciting new role with a financially stable and fast growing High Street Retailer

Role:

·To provide support to various areas of the business, to ensure customers receive a first-class offering of products, services and overall customer experience. A hands on and very varied role.

Responsibilities:

·Ensure checklists are completed for New Store Openings and Store Refurbishments

·Managing customer complaints

·Producing analysis reports

·Data input

·Ad hoc administration and assistance with ‘one off’ tasks

·Reception duties to include reception cover at lunchtimes and holidays

·Provide support as necessary to the MD’s Executive Assistant

Experience and/or Qualifications:

·Customer service

·Excellent organisational skills

·Ability to multi-task

·Work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines

·Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels

·Pro-active, flexible and able to use own initiative

·MS Office skills
